MGM App Proposal

This app proposal was created for MGM Resorts and Casinos in collaboration with 1Appworks Creative Director and Chief of Product, Mike Fleury. We received an RFP for an MGM app on a Friday afternoon and delivered this proposal the following Monday morning. Despite a limited timeline, we completed this project in just 30 hours over a weekend. Our proposal formed the basis for the first version of the MGM app, demonstrating our ability to deliver top-quality work under tight deadlines.

A Delightful Journey

Our concept is best presented as a journey. To start, customers opt in to the rewards program, which enables us to enhance their experience and add value to their journey. By creating a seamless and enjoyable experience we help customers engage with the MGM brand on a deeper level, increasing loyalty and driving revenue.

Once customers sign in to the app, they can begin planning their trip to Las Vegas with ease, thanks to our intelligent contextual dashboard. Need transportation to and from the airport? Our trip planner integrates with Lyft and Uber to provide hassle-free options. Customers can also explore and book events that interest them during their stay, all through the app's intelligent contextual dashboard. By providing these value-added services, we help enhance the customer journey.

A Streamlined Experience

Once a guest arrives in Las Vegas we make their experience as streamlined as possible. Check in via the app the moment you land in the Las Vegas airport. Once you are at the hotel our turn by turn direction system takes the confusion of going to your room out of the equation. The App is your room key and portal to give instant feedback on the quality of your stay and order room services.

By providing reminders and navigation to customers who have purchased an entrance to an event, we offer a simple yet effective way of adding value to their experience. Additionally, we can delight customers by offering special deals on perishable inventory, further enhancing their journey with your brand.

A Personalized Visit

Our app's customized exploration options are designed to provide a tailored experience for each customer. By leveraging the customer's history and preferences, we can recommend new experiences that are likely to appeal to them. This takes the guesswork out of exploring and makes it easy for customers to find something they will truly enjoy. Whether it's recommending a new restaurant based on their past dining habits or suggesting a show, our app is designed to help customers discover new experiences that fit their unique interests and preferences.

With our app, we want to ensure that the checkout process is seamless and hassle-free. To enhance customer experience, we offer an option to provide feedback that is both non-intrusive and valuable to us. We understand that customer time is precious, and we strive to make the feedback process as effortless and efficient as possible. Our app will prompt customers for feedback in a way that does not disrupt the checkout process or distract from completing purchases. We value feedback and use it to continually improve our app and provide our customers with the best possible experience.
